Omolanke Oni serves as our Chief Operating Officer, leveraging her successful tenure as Acting CEO/ED. With over a decade of legal experience, she brings exceptional administrative and compliance expertise to the role, ensuring organizational adherence to relevant policies, federal laws, and international best practices. Her leadership fosters a high-performance culture prioritizing employee well-being.

Prior to her appointment as COO, Omolanke served as Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Primestix Construction Limited. Her impressive educational background includes a Bachelor of Law degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a Barrister at Law (BL) qualification from the Nigerian Law School. Omolanke excels in Real Estate transactions, contract negotiation, Corporate Law, Joint Venture negotiations, risk management, contract administration, and corporate governance.

Before joining Primestix, Omolanke held key roles at leading companies, where she successfully led internal restructuring initiatives, managed legal teams for mergers and acquisitions, and implemented effective risk management strategies. She is a dedicated student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN) and The Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN).

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Omolanke is passionate about human capital development and fostering talent.

Known affectionately as "Lanks," outside of work related affairs, she brings excitement to celebrations (owanbe), effortlessly adding a spark to every event she attends.
